Great fast, friendly, honest service. Needed a nail in a tire checked to see if it could be repaired. It was close to the sidewall, even though I had good tread. Even through it was busy, the service manager got me right to a repair tech. The tech showed me where the nail was and stated it was very close to not being fixable, but we were able to fix it. I appreciated him showing me and his honesty, instead of stating we can't fix it and trying to charge me $300 for a new tire. Also, he found a 2nd nail and fixed that too. I asked him if it was ok to tip. He stated yes, and the range is usually from $10-$20. I gave him $20. 2nd time needing a tire check here with 2 different cars, both times, friendly, fast, honest service. Highly recommend.

service manager (Andy) helped us get same replacement tire for my daugther's car, the tire was not in stock at their location, but he managed to get the "Specific Tire" we were looking for same day... actually within a couple of hours the tire was replaced, balanced and ready for pick up, since my daughter's car was sitting at home on 3 wheels and a jack, she was back on the road in no time. Thanks Big 0 Tires!!

Special thanks to Andy at Big O Tires for going above and beyond to help get me back on the road ahead of schedule. After I came in with a cracked rim, he personally took my car offsite to another shop before Big O had even opened so the rim could be repaired and I could pick up my car the same day. Really appreciated the extra effort and customer service. I’d absolutely recommend these guys to anyone dealing with tire or wheel trouble.

The team at this Big O Tires is great! My car needed some work after driving it from Colorado, and Mario gave me competitive quotes, great explanations, and helped me find an additional part online and explained how to put it on once it was shipped to our place. He went above & beyond what was necessary! Mario even talked to another Big O Tire employee at a different branch on my behalf. He was kind and honest. In addition, Andy (also working up front) was insightful on car maintenance and friendly. Service was fast and reliable. I'd happily go back when needed and recommend it to others.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I drove my car to get a tire patch, but they couldn’t do it and tried to sell me a $500 tire. When I decided to take my car to Mercedes, they had already taken my rim and tire apart, even though they didn’t have a new tire on hand. Mercedes patched up my tire quickly and efficiently with no problems AT ALL. I had to call back and go in person to Big O’s because they failed to put my tire cap back on and scratched my rims! Andy at Big O’s told me they couldn’t find my tire cap and to just buy a new one, promising to reimburse me. When I showed him my scratched rims, he said they had someone who could fix it but he needed to check with the department. The next day, he called back and said they wouldn’t be able to fix my rim because there was no way to prove it was their fault. My car is a brand new 2025 AMG that I just purchased five months ago. All my rims are in perfect condition except for the one that Big O’s scratched. I called their department, filed a complaint, and they haven’t gotten back to me on the phone. The moral of the story is, don’t take your car here if you care about it! Instead of being $40 down on a tire patch, I’
